With over 50 years of combined experience in the construction industry, we understand how to manage the uncertainty and expectations of building design. At Integrated, we advocate for our clients and mediate the risk involved in construction to ensure both a positive experience and quality product. Our process consists of 4 Phases:
Phase 1: Design. We offer design services to interpret the clients needs with both cost efficient and effectiveness considered. This allows us to prepare construction documents, specifications and cost estimates to prepare for bids.
Phase 2: Bids. Preparing the bid package and choosing qualified contractors for bid requests. Once bids are received, we analyze the results to help clients find the best contractor for their project. Permit applications, bonding and contract preparation will also begin during this phase.
Phase 3: Construction. The pre-construction meeting with all contractors will begin this process. Site inspections and field analysis will include all subs to ensure continuity and attention to detail. Site visits will ensue throughout construction with photos and reports to the client regarding changes and progress.
Phase 4: Completion. Certificate of completion and final report of all materials, warranties and contractors involved in the project.
